We are a fast growing IT services and software solutions provider in North Scottsdale. Our Software Development Department is exploding and we are in the process of adding several new clients with specific needs. We are looking for an experienced software developer that specializes in C# .Net Development that is able to work in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities and changing requirements. Experience with SharePoint customization and Microsoft CRM is highly desired.

Position Summary
You will be working primarily in our Scottsdale office, but occasionally may need to work on site with any one of our various clients. You will work on custom development, customizations for new and existing Microsoft CRM 3.0 and 4.0 implementations and customizing new and existing SharePoint implementations, building custom web parts and assisting our designers in the skinning process. Our custom projects include web applications as well as occasional desktop applications or windows services.
Your primary responsibilities will be working with existing and new projects, adding new features, fixing any existing issues, and making general enhancements as well as working on internal projects as required.
This is a new position, reporting directly to our Software Manager, with opportunities for advancement as we continue to grow and is ideal for an enthusiastic and well-organized person who can easily adapt to changes in scope as well as work on multiple projects simultaneously.

The basic job requirements:
Solid C# .Net development skills
Solid web development skills (HTML, CSS, AJAX, XML)
Solid SQL skills
Experience with building and consuming web services
Well developed writing and communication skills
A professional manner and appearance
Independent, motivated, and assertive
The ability to learn and adapt quickly
Ability to multi-task and manage time between simultaneous projects.
We would also like someone with the following, though not required as we can provide training:
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
Experience with Microsoft CRM
Experience with PHP/mySQL
Additionally, the candidate needs to be strong in:
JavaScript
Knowledge of software and project development lifecycles, especially agile development
Experience in managing IIS websites
Software engineering principles, SDLC and best practices
Experience
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university OR a comparable level of related experience.
3+ years of professional-level web development experience.
Online portfolio of web development projects and references required.
Compensation
Determined based on experience and qualifications, but our developers typically start at $50K - $70K+ depending on skill level and experience.
