The Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service, one of the largest MLS’s in the country, is looking to fill a customer support specialist position. Selected candidate will provide assistance about products, system usage, and services via telephone and email to a subscriber base of 35,000 real estate agents . Responsibilities include: handling client inquiries and requests on system as well as on various membership items, giving immediate attention to and proper resolution of caller’s issues related to use of software and minor technical concerns, and monitoring for subscriber compliance with MLS rules and policies. The successful candidate will be fluent in appropriate customer service practices and behaviors; will possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills; will preferably have a background or good working knowledge of the real estate industry; and will have Computer competency with Internet applications and high speed access options, as well as MS Windows and Office.Regular attendance and strong ability to work in a team environment are required and essential aspects of the position.
