Deliver exceptional client service via telephone
Facilitate customer updates relating to current and potential services
Provide quality service by comprehending procedures and continued product knowledge
REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION:
Excellent verbal, written and listening communications skills
Superior telephone etiquette
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
Strong organizational skills
Minimum 6 months of customer service or call center experience
Bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English a plus, but not a requirement
