QUALIFICATIONS:
Successful candidates for this position will have 3+ years as a recruiter and/or staffing specialist. You should possess experience with a recruitment agency and/or large corporation where you were called upon to actively seek out and identify candidates through proactive networking, cold calling, internet sourcing and other creative avenues. Your understanding of using an Application Tracking System (ATS) and building pipelines of candidates is critical to success. You should understand how to gain market intelligence in order to tap into top talent. This fast paced environment requires experience with multiple sourcing channels, strong communication skills including consultation and influence, previous experience gathering & analyzing market data, strong self-management skills with a focus on results & customer service. You should be comfortable using an ATS and internet databases. AIRS training a plus.
