I will be going back to work full time in about one month. My son has never been in childcare, and has a couple of behavior issues, so naturally I am hesitant to place him with just anyone. It needs to be a good fit for both my son and his future provider :) My son is potty trained with #1, but is afraid to go #2 (unless he has a diaper on). So he needs someone who can be patient with him and understand. I am working with him on it, hopefully it won't remain an issue too much longer! Also, my son has picked up on some swear words. He blurts them out from time to time, especially when he is frustraded/mad. He has two teen siblings, plus an 11 year old sibling- and he has always had to struggle (being upset) with being the smallest and not being able to do all the things that they do. I would imagine that he will be having so much fun playing with other children his own age as well as being in a routine- that this won't be a huge issue, but I mention it out of honesty so that you know in advance a little about my son before you respond. Other than the negatives I mentioned, he is a typical energetic and curious 3 1/2 year old who loves other children, music, dancing, playing outdoors, arts etc. If you have an opening in your daycare, and would consider my little guy- please contact me. Thank you!
