Campaign to Save the Environment is a project of the Fund for Public Interest Research, a national non-profit group, and since 1982 we've worked alongside dozens of great groups: Sierra Club is the nation’s oldest and largest grassroots environmental organization. The club's mission is to explore, enjoy and protect the wild places of the earth; practice and promote the responsible use of the earth's ecosystems and resources; and educate and enlist humanity to protect and restore the quality of the natural and human environment. Environment America is a network of independent, state-based, citizen-funded organizations that advocate the public interest. They have been delivering results-oriented citizen activism to protect open space, fight for clean air and renewable energy. They work on some of the most pressing problems of our generation – from Global Warming to toxic pollution. Environmental Action delivers impassioned, results-oriented activism that protects our environment from special-interest polluters and their allies in government The Human Rights Campaign is America’s largest civil rights organization working to achieve gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender equality. HRC works to secure equal rights for GLBT individuals and families at the federal and state levels by lobbying elected officials, mobilizing grassroots supporters, educating Americans, investing strategically to elect fair-minded officials, and partnering with other GLBT organizations.
