Yes, we pay you for that!The Ahwatukee Foothills Family YMCA is looking for a Child Watch Attendant to supervise children following YMCA policies and procedures.Attendants are responsible for following curriculum guidelines, assisting in developing detailed daily activities, working closely with children and parents to ensure that the program meets their expectations.The job requires hands on participation in activities to ensure that participants are engaged at all times.
The preferred candidate must be able to effectively communicate orally, be sensitive to different family needs and be able to work in multi-age environment. This position requires exceptional multitasking skills and knowledge of children.The position also requires participation in creating member relationships and maintaining them.Must work well in a team environment, have a flexible schedule.
