We are a rapidly growing company and the successful applicant will have the drive and motivation to succeed in an entrepreneurial and fast moving environment.

We are seeking a Vice President of HR and Leadership Development.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience as both an HR Generalist and also developing and delivering corporate leadership training.

The right candidate will bring HR knowledge, a solid reputation and be well connected and comfortable working at senior levels.

Compensation will be comprised of base salary and stock options.
Administration Duties
* Learn the GMAC organizational structure and cultivate good relationships with ERS staff and clients to facilitate positive and productive interactions.

* Proactively provide administrative support to the GMAC Enterprise Risk Services management team and staff members.
Receive, screen and appropriately resolve external and internal inquiries (telephone and e-mail) in a prompt and professional manner.

Handle travel arrangements for ERS staff members in a manner most accommodating to their needs and in compliance with corporate travel policy.Book flights, overnight accommodations and rental car as needed.Coordinate all meetings and provide appropriate itinerary.

Prepare and timely distribute minutes from various ERS meetings, as neededPrepare and track status of ongoing projects and reports, including but not limited to initiative time allocations and watchlist database.

Assist MIS area with program testing.

Serve as a reliable back up to the ERS executive assistant in her absence and on an as- needed basis.Assist the ERS executive assistant with the:

Ø invoice and expense reporting process to insure timely payment
Ø IMAC process (i.e. furniture requests, directory access, equipment allocation, tracking and refresh, new employee set-up and access)
Ø coordination of events, presentations and other projects, as needed

ˇ Handle mail distribution and organization of the mail/supply area, which includes ordering supplies and maintaining a cost-effective level.
ˇ Manage FedEx shipments.
