This is a wonderful gated complex where you would have golf & dining privleges at The Private Country Club. There is a golf cart included to take you to the huge community pool & hot tub. There is also a great exercise room, a shuffleboard court, pool room, community hall, library, driving range and putting green for your pleasure. The unit itself has a single car garage, nice carpeted patio overlooking the golf course,a wonderful fully equipped kitchen, 39" flat screen TV, extended cable, wireless hi-speed internet & local phone included in the monthly rentalThe hydro is not include but this place is very inexpensive to keep cool.
A giant shopping mall with dozens of stores & restaurants is located less than a mile away.
