Room for Rent During Summer next to Arizona State University. I go to arizona state university during the school year and during the summer I will have no need for my room. I only need a commitment for the summer (Around May 8th [last day of classes] until July 31). You will be sharing a bathroom, however you will have your own sink and medicine cabinet. There is a kitchen with normal kitchen things, (microwave, oven, your cabinet space, dishwasher, sink, cook top and refrigerator also with your own space) (Don't worry we wont eat your food). Also we have our own washer and dryer, so save your quarters. Something else to consider is the place is already decorated and stocked, so if you don't have anything to bring, don't worry. You can still watch TV, enjoy the couch, and use all the cooking pans, etc.
The condo is north of ASU (just pass the 202) and is literally walking distance to asu however there is also a bus stop near by if you would like to take the bus. (I take it everyday to asu, no transfers)
The rent is $441 per month plus electric and cable (for tv & Internet access). Water is included in the rent price.
I suspect the person that would benefit from this the most is one who is taking summer classes, or is doing a summer internship.
There is a swimming pool, a beautiful park across the street with bbq's, & down the street a little more, is a dog park.
